每次回花蓮都是搭火車
不過每一次的旅途都不一樣
有時候是睡著度過
有時候是在看書
有時候是在聊天
這一次是醒著度過
每一次的旅途都是唯一的
沒有一次坐上同一個位子
沒有一次看到一樣的風景
這一次我才發現
原來每一次都是唯一
這一次沿途看著窗外的雲
感受到世界真的好大
天空好遼闊
看著他們變換
看著他們消失
我突然明白了無常，我看到了無常在眼前發生
這一次的旅程
我有滿滿的感受
滿滿的體會
原來我們過得每一分每一秒都是唯一
這才是我們唯一擁有的
為什麼我們還要把心放在已經過去的往事
又或者還沒到來的未來
這一刻才是唯一
我們要活在這唯一的當下
全然的活
用眼睛去看
用耳朵去聽
用身體去感受
讓身體的每一個細胞都活在當下
這一趟旅途是唯一
但我不留念
因為我要活在這個當下

Peaceful Warrior
I watched this a week ago and I thought that it would be an action movie. But out of my expectation, it turned out to be a really inspiring movie.
There are some quotes that I really love in the movie. Enjoy!

- Paradox: Life is a mystery; don't waste your time trying to figure it out.
- Humor: Keep a sense of humor, especially about yourself. It is a strength beyond all measure
